Constructed in the 1980s, this is the first manufacturing plant of Poh Cheong in Singapore. The US$6 million plant operates a 2 ready-mix plants, a dormitory for 80 men and produces more than 130 cubic meter of precast concrete daily.

In 2013, Poh Cheong constructed and operated its first overseas manufacturing facility. This US$15 million plant is sited on a 15.5 acre freehold industrial land that is strategically located in Iskandar Malaysia. It has a daily capacity of producing more than 300 cubic meter of precast concrete.

In 2015, Poh Cheong successfully constructed and operated its second overseas manufacturing plant in Myanmar through a joint venture with reputable Myanmar Conglomerate Naing Group. Operating under Naing-Poh Cheong Precast Concrete Co. Ltd, the proposed US$10 million plant is sited on a 20 acre industrial land that is strategically located in Dagon Sekkian Township, Yangon. It has a daily capacity of producing more than 300 cubic meter of precast concrete.
